Velez Organization completed a $1 Million dollar installation of a high-technology laboratory for Columbia University inside the existing Havemeyer Building on the main campus.
In addition, Velez served as an on-call Construction Manager for Columbia University for a two-year contract period. Contract services included feasibility studies, estimating, budgeting, design review, scheduling, bid and award to construction completion.
