The Velez Organization was the Construction Manager representing DASNY for the $6 million dollar gutout rehabilitation of Plant Operations Building 2M at the College of Staten Island. The work underway focused on the removal and replacement of 52,000 square feet of clay tile roof as well as wood cornice and dormer ventilators. The work also included the entire upgrade or mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as exterior building restoration and window replacement.
